Dan is a highly experienced Project Manager offering his expertise in all areas of Project Management and Quantity Surveying. Dan originally founded a company combining leading construction cost management specialists and quantity surveyors alongside project management for commercial and larger residential projects. Dan typically Project Manages larger developments, with a wealth of experience in some of the most key elements of Development, this helps immeasurably in ensuring projects come in on time and on budget.
Will started his professional career in 2006 as an on-site operative working with subcontractor organisations.
From 2008 he completed his Quantity Surveying Conversion Course. He has achieved RICS full membership status and from 2019 became a Fellow of the RICS. He also achieved MCIArb status provides consultancy services for dispute resolution.
Being a member of the Association for Project Management and Chartered Institute of Building, Will is able to provide a number of services to us in particular Project Management, Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveying.
Will is able to Project Manage both smaller as well as the medium to larger projects. He leads a team of project managers, quantity surveyors, principal designers and site inspectors on residential, commercial, leisure and healthcare schemes for private and public clients with GDVs of anything from £1m to £55m project values to date.
Alex is a highly skilled design and delivery architect who has managed large projects in the residential, commercial and education sectors, from inception through to completion. He is passionate about great design and strives for excellence in all aspects of practice.
Over the years Alex has gained a wealth of experience in navigating complex planning processes, he has worked with a range of stakeholders and communities to develop narrative-led designs that enhance their surroundings. Particular areas of expertise in unlocking tricky and constrained urban sites and optimising the space through innovative design.
He is passionate about sustainable technologies, and keen to reduce the environmental impact of design and construction. He was an early advocate of Building Information Modelling (BIM), and experienced in managing teams for the design, coordination, and delivery of small-scale residential projects to multi-million-pound mixed-use schemes.
Mike is an experienced architectural consultant and as a director also at SC Architecture, (an RIBA Chartered Practice and quality assured to BS ISO9001), this vibrant practice has a wealth of experience gained as the former architectural wing of Stephens Cox Associates.

Experienced in working with developers including bespoke sites and schemes, this ensures our projects are planned out optimally for assured successful delivery.
With a degree in town planning from University of Sheffield, James gained a further Masters degree in town planning, and achieved qualified status as a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Since then he has worked his way up through senior officer levels in local planning authorities in Surrey, Sussex and London, and was employed as a senior planner for London based planning consultancy Rolfe Judd Planning.
Through his time spent working in both local planning authorities and planning consultancy, James has gained considerable experience in dealing with a wide and varied caseload of applications and appeals, such schemes vary from small-scale residential and commercial developments to large urban extensions of in excess of 2,500 houses. James established Corbil Planning Ltd in 2016 and since then has worked with property developers across London and the South-East to bring forward small and medium sized developments with a particular focus on commercial to residential conversions and new build developments.
Paula is a highly experience Real Estate Solicitor with experience in a variety of residential, office, retail and leisure development projects, including site assembly, financing and disposal. She has represented development companies, investment funds, financial institutions, leisure operators and retailers throughout her tenure which included serving as a partner in Hill Dickinson. Paula has also held a legal director position in a northwest property development company.
