Pure Homes Developments Ltd is a privately owned property development company based in Hertfordshire. We specialise in 2 areas of developments in particular.

Commercial Building conversions: Taking commercial buildings and converting them into beautiful residential spaces regenerating tired, vacant and poorly utilised buildings. Developing these into beautifully planned homes full of natural light with a modern quality design and finish. 

Light Industrial conversions: Taking light industrial units where there is scope to develop them into beautiful, modern residential properties. Making optimal use of the space with our innovative team to create aspirational living spaces with a quality finish.

Quality design and finish is at the heart of everything we do.

Whilst we can work with properties where planning consent is needed, we prioritise working under Permitted Development or properties with Planning consent already in place.
